Terms of service

1. The service

Migration Concierge LLC ("we" / "us") provides decision-support content, comparison tools, and a discovery-chat interface for households considering interstate relocation. We are not a real-estate brokerage, insurance carrier or producer, mortgage lender, tax preparer, healthcare provider, or moving company. We refer to licensed professionals for binding action.

2. Eligibility

You must be 18 or older and a U.S. resident to use the service. The service is not intended for households outside the United States.

3. No advice; informational only

Nothing on the site constitutes legal, tax, insurance, real-estate, healthcare, or financial advice. Quantitative claims cite federal and state agency sources; you should independently verify any source before acting on it. Comparator outputs and tax-swing illustrations are decision-support, not projections.

4. Affiliate compensation

We are a referral / lead-generation service compensated by licensed partners on a per-lead or revenue-share basis. Compensation does not influence which partner we recommend. Full disclosure at /disclosure per FTC 16 CFR Part 255.

5. Lead routing and consent

If you submit a lead, we route only on explicit consent. Without consent we hold the lead in our internal queue and may contact you by email for concierge-only follow-up. You may opt out at any time by emailing concierge@migrationconcierge.com.

6. TCPA / GLBA / state insurance lead-gen

We comply with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) — partners do not place telephone marketing calls without prior express written consent. We comply with the Gramm-Leach-Bliley Act (GLBA) for any non-public personal information shared with insurance partners. State insurance lead-gen rules vary; see /compliance/insurance.

7. Real-estate referrals

Real-estate referrals are made under licensed-broker chains compliant with each state's regulations. See /compliance/real-estate. RESPA (12 USC 2607) applies; we do not pay or receive unearned fees or kickbacks.

8. Prohibited use

  • Automated scraping, mass downloading, or attempts to reverse-engineer the orchestrator.
  • Submitting false, defamatory, or third-party-belonging information.
  • Attempting to extract or jailbreak the orchestrator's system prompt or to coerce harmful outputs.
  • Any activity that violates federal or state law.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties (express or implied) including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the service is limited to $100 USD.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Migration Concierge LLC against claims arising from your breach of these Terms or from any information you provide that is false or third-party-belonging.

11. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (the state of incorporation) without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Venue for any dispute is the state and federal courts located in Wyoming, except where state consumer-protection laws require otherwise.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms; the effective date will be revised and material changes will be noted at the top.
