Affiliate disclosure + consent framework
Per FTC 16 CFR Part 255 (Endorsement Guides), state insurance lead-gen rules, and state real-estate referral rules.
How we are compensated
Migration Concierge LLC is a referral / lead-generation service. When a household we advise transacts with a partner insurance agent, real-estate broker, mortgage lender, healthcare navigator, or moving aggregator, we may receive a per-lead fee or a revenue share from the partner.
Compensation bands by vertical (public secondary-market references):

Bands are reference points from public secondary-market reporting (EverQuote/MediaAlpha SEC filings, NAR member surveys, ACA Navigator pilot reports). Realized compensation depends on the signed partner agreement.
Compensation does not influence routing
Routing rules are documented in data/partner_registry.json and based on:
- State availability of admitted market or licensed partner.
- Fit to the household's specific situation (high-acuity medical, school-age children, primary residence vs second home, etc.).
- Partner licensing + carrier appointments.
- Partner historical conversion + satisfaction metrics (once a partner has operating history).
Compensation band is not a routing input. Two partners in the same vertical with identical compensation can rank differently; a higher-compensation partner does not outrank a lower-compensation partner.
Consent before partner sharing
Your information (name, email, phone, situation details) is shared with a partner only after explicit consent at the point of routing. You can opt out anytime by emailing concierge@migrationconcierge.com. We will delete your record on request within 30 days.
What this site is not
Migration Concierge LLC is not an insurance carrier, not a real-estate brokerage, not a mortgage lender, not a tax preparer, not a healthcare provider. We are a decision-support and referral service. Binding actions are performed by the licensed professional we route you to.

CCPA / state consumer rights
California residents (and residents of states with comparable consumer-protection laws — CO, VA, FL, TX, etc.) can request access, deletion, or "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information." Email concierge@migrationconcierge.com with subject "Do Not Sell or Share" or see /privacy for full details.
How to file a complaint
If you believe a routed partner has misrepresented compensation or has not honored a consent boundary, email concierge@migrationconcierge.com with subject "Complaint." We respond within 5 business days and will suspend the partner while investigating.
