Plain-English summary

We collect the information you tell us in the discovery chat, the comparator, and lead/waitlist forms — and nothing else.
We share your information with a licensed partner only after you give explicit consent on a specific routing step. Without consent we hold your lead in our internal queue.
We use Anthropic's Claude API to drive the discovery conversation. Anthropic processes the message text as a subprocessor; per Anthropic's commercial terms, it does not train on our API traffic.
We use Cloudflare Pages for hosting and Cloudflare KV for storage. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate site usage — no cookies, no fingerprinting.
California residents can request access, deletion, or "Do Not Sell or Share" — email concierge@migrationconcierge.com.
You can opt out at any time by emailing concierge@migrationconcierge.com. We will delete your record on request within 30 days.

Information we collect

Discovery-chat content. The text you type into /chat plus the structured discovery state the orchestrator extracts (origin / destination / motivator / timeline / household income / home value / primary need / email / consent).
Lead form content. Email, consent state, and the routing intent (origin state, destination state, need).
Waitlist form content. Email, origin state, destination state, and any notes you provide.
Server logs. User-Agent, Referer, and IP-derived geolocation at the Cloudflare edge, retained 30 days for fraud and abuse defense only.

How we use it

To run the discovery conversation and identify the corridor that fits.
To route qualified leads to licensed partners only after explicit consent.
To send you a tailored summary email if you've provided an email address.
To improve the orchestrator prompt and corridor content based on review of anonymized transcripts.

How we share it

Licensed partners. Only with your explicit consent on a specific routing step. Partners are independently licensed in your destination state. Compliance gates per /compliance/insurance and /compliance/real-estate.
Subprocessors. Anthropic (Claude API), Cloudflare (Pages, KV, Web Analytics), Resend (transactional email, if configured). These vendors process information on our behalf under their commercial terms.
We do not sell your information. We do not run third-party advertising cookies. We do not share data with data brokers.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, deletion, or export of your information by emailing concierge@migrationconcierge.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California residents (CCPA / CPRA). You have the right to know what we collect, to delete what we hold, to correct inaccurate information, and to opt out of any "sale" or "sharing." We do not sell personal information; to opt out of "sharing" (which includes consent-based partner routing), email concierge@migrationconcierge.com with subject line "Do Not Sell or Share — CCPA."

Florida residents (FDBR), Colorado (CPA), Virginia (VCDPA), and other state acts — equivalent rights apply; email the same address.

EU / UK residents (GDPR / UK GDPR). We do not target services to EU or UK residents. If you reach the site from those jurisdictions and submit a form, the lawful basis for processing is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can withdraw consent at any time by emailing us.

Retention

Lead, transcript, and waitlist records are retained 365 days from last interaction in Cloudflare KV, then automatically purged. Server logs are retained 30 days. You can request earlier deletion at any time.

Children

Migration Concierge is not directed to children under 13 (or under 16 in jurisdictions where that is the applicable age). We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy materially, we will post the new version here with a new effective date and (if you've given us your email) notify you by email.
