State-by-state insurance lead-generation framework
Migration Concierge LLC operates strictly as a lead generator, not a licensed insurance
producer. The discovery chat does not provide insurance pricing, recommend specific
carriers, or solicit insurance contracts. Full operational doc:
compliance/insurance_lead_gen.md.
Boundary of activity
- We collect intake information and route qualified leads to a state-licensed producer who handles all producer-licensed activities.
- We do not quote, bind, or solicit. We surface market context (availability index, recent carrier withdrawals, residual pool status) sourced from public state DOI + NAIC filings.
- We do not contact carriers on behalf of users.
Operational gates per state partner
- Partner producer state license verification (NPN confirmation).
- At least 3 admitted carrier appointments in the destination state.
- Written referral / lead-supply agreement.
- TCPA-compliant consent capture (prior express written consent before any outbound contact).
- GLBA privacy-notice posture confirmation.
- Suppression / opt-out list infrastructure.
TCPA
Prior express written consent collected before any partner-side outbound telephone or SMS contact. Consent is captured at the point of routing in the discovery chat. Records retained 7 years.
GLBA
Privacy notice provided at every intake. Non-public personal information shared with insurance partners only after explicit consent. Partner's safeguards rule posture verified before activation.
