What I do here

I run Migration Concierge end-to-end: the editorial framing on every corridor page, the source-citation discipline, the partner-routing rulebook, and the discovery chat system prompt. Every quantitative claim on this site is sourced to a named federal or state agency dataset; nothing is invented. When data is unavailable for a peril or metro, the page says "not available" rather than imputing.

Why I am operating in this lane

I am a Mexican fiscal resident on the Guerrero coast — I have personal coastal-climate exposure (Pacific cyclone season every summer; coastal-erosion and sea-level-rise priced into the next 25-year planning window) and operate insurance-lead and consumer-routing infrastructure for a separate brand, PolicyChat, which holds state insurance producer licensing and carrier appointments (Transamerica, Corebridge, American Amicable + P&C carriers across multiple states). Migration Concierge is the cross-vertical concierge that wraps the insurance-broker layer into the rest of the relocation decision (real estate, mortgage, healthcare, schools, tax-residency).

Background

  • Three prior exits. SocialCode (sold to S4 Capital, 2017), Decoded (sold to S4 Capital), Breathwrk (sold to Peloton, 2023). I have built and sold to holdcos repeatedly; I have not run a lean money-printer at scale, which is the discipline this business requires and which I am building deliberately.
  • Calibrated-forecasting practitioner. Public Chorus prediction ledger; Brier 0.0399 at n=18 high-conviction in-headline (|p−0.5|>0.20). The discipline that shows up here: I do not pre-write conclusions, I surface null findings honestly, and I will tell you when the move is not the right call for your household.

What I am not

I am not your insurance agent, not your real-estate broker, not your tax preparer, and not your CPA. Migration Concierge routes to licensed professionals who hold the appropriate state licensing and carrier appointments. Binding actions happen with those professionals; my work is the editorial framing and the cross-vertical sequencing.

Migration Concierge LLC operates per FTC 16 CFR Part 255 affiliate-disclosure requirements and state-by-state insurance lead-gen and real-estate referral rules. I hold a financial interest in any household that transacts with a routed partner; the compensation band is disclosed at the point of routing and at /disclosure. Routing decisions are based on state availability, fit, and licensing — never on referral-fee size.
